Demo Day is a series of off-site masterclasses where volunteers of IT Community of Uzbekistan visit leading IT companies and explore the industry from the inside.

During Demo Day, the company:
– talks about its activities and corporate culture;
– shows how teams are structured and how work processes are organized;
– introduces real workplaces and technologies;
– shares practical insights on career growth and entering the profession.

Events take place not only in Tashkent, Demo Day will soon start in other cities across the country, helping volunteers get to know the IT industry nationwide.

Demo Day is a direct connection with the industry, hands-on experience, and a first step toward a career in IT.
