ITCom Hackathons Bot is a Telegram bot used to manage hackathon registrations and teams for IT Community events.

What it does:
* Registers participants for IT Community hackathons.
* Allows participants to create or join teams.
* Each team has its own name and unique code.
* Helps teams recruit members directly through the bot.

Where it is used:
* Used for large-scale hackathons such as AI500! Hackathon.
* Planned to be used for all future IT Community hackathons.

Main goal:
* Simplify hackathon registration and team formation.
* Centralize participant management in one tool.
