ITCom Volunteers Bot is the main volunteer application and onboarding tool of IT Community.

How it works:
* Users apply to become IT Community volunteers through the bot.
* Applicants complete 3 initial tasks.
* After task completion, submissions are reviewed by an admin.

* If approved:

* The applicant receives confirmation.
* Proceeds to IT Quiz.
* After passing the quiz, joins the IT Community volunteers group.

* If tasks are not completed correctly:

* The admin can give a second chance.
* The applicant resubmits the tasks for review.

Main goal:
* Create a clear and structured volunteer selection process.
* Ensure quality, engagement, and understanding of community rules.
