Keling Tanishaylik Bot is a Telegram bot used for regular internal networking among IT Community volunteers.

What it does:
* Randomly forms small groups of volunteers for meetups.
* Groups are created weekly or every 10 days.
* Group size varies from 2 to 10 people.
* After groups are formed, participants organize a meeting (online or offline).

How groups are created:
* Volunteers first vote to confirm participation.
* Groups are created only after 100+ votes are collected.
* Group formation is triggered manually by Shavkat Karimov, Head of IT Community.

Main goal:
* Improve internal networking.
* Help volunteers get to know each other better.
