Keling Tanishaylik Bot
A Telegram bot that puts IT Community volunteers into small random groups for a meetup, so that people from the same community actually get to know each other.
New groups every week or so. What the group does next is up to the people in it.
How groups are created
A vote first, then the groups
Nothing starts on its own. Volunteers confirm that they are in, and only after enough of them have done it does the bot deal out the groups.

Why the bot exists
Networking inside the community
The community is large enough that people can spend months in the same chats without ever talking. A random group is a reason to start.
Volunteers who know each other
A group of a few people is easier to talk in than a chat of hundreds, and these are the same people you will be running events with.
