IT Community of Uzbekistan × The Nippon Foundation
This program is a free education initiative run jointly by the IT Community of Uzbekistan and The Nippon Foundation. Its goal is to raise digital literacy across the regions of Uzbekistan and prepare people for the modern economy.

The program is now online
Learning is no longer limited to regional training centers. On the ITCom Edu platform, anyone can take Digital Intelligence, a hands-on digital literacy course built around real everyday tasks, from using a smartphone with confidence to working with AI. The course is available in Uzbek and Russian.
The diagnostic is free and doesn't require registration.
