Track

Active participation in IT Community events, hackathons, programs and projects is tracked in one place.

Compete

A transparent ranking where every participant can see their own position and progress.

Earn

Approved points build up on a personal profile and are exchanged for rewards in the IT Community Online Shop.

How points work

Every point passes through a person

Points are not handed out automatically. A volunteer requests them for specific work, and the Project Owner or Project Manager confirms that the work actually happened.
