The process

How it actually works

Most job fairs hand you a stack of CVs and a crowded hall. Here the screening, HR and technical interviews happen before the fair day, so on the day you meet only candidates who already passed every stage.

    Interviews before the day

    HR and technical interviews are conducted ahead of the IT Job Fair, not during it.

    Fair day

    Final hiring interviews take place on site, in a free interview room provided for your company.
