Career Lab
How to start the journey in IT: choosing a profession, becoming a freelancer and landing projects, finding a job or an internship.
A series of free events about careers in IT, education, startups and freelancing. International level experts travel to 30 cities across Uzbekistan and the Republic of Karakalpakstan to show what a path into technology actually looks like, and how to take the first step from where you already live.
Thirty stops make up the season. Thirteen cities carry names on the map, seventeen smaller ones are marked as points on the route. Seven are behind us, Urgench is next, and the remaining dates are being agreed with local partners.
The Roadshow spent seven months on the road in 2024 and 2025, and the numbers below are the reason the second season is twice the size.

Masterclasses, workshops, lectures and open question sessions, held in Uzbek and, where possible, in Russian and English. Every stop ends with networking and an interactive session with prizes.
How to start the journey in IT: choosing a profession, becoming a freelancer and landing projects, finding a job or an internship.
How and why to keep your profile alive, grow a personal brand and widen the network that later brings the offers.
How to use artificial intelligence in daily work so it saves hours instead of producing noise.
Tools for personal productivity that survive contact with a real week, not just a clean calendar.
How startups actually work, from the first idea to the moment it turns into something people use.
Each stop is shaped by what the local audience asks for, so the program is never a copy of the previous one.
Topics may vary depending on audience demand and speaker availability. Among the additions: project and product management, Learn2Learn, the skill of learning quickly, and working with Excel.
A dedicated part of the Roadshow program is built for women taking their first steps toward a career in technology. The point is simple: to make the industry look reachable, and to show enough real examples that the first step stops feeling like a leap.

Every city gets speakers chosen for the interests and the level of the audience that registers.
That is the first such event in Kokand. Such an event never happened before. Thank you so much for considering people from Kokand too.
My opinion is that the team is very friendly. I really liked the topic. The training was very exciting. I thank the organizers for such a community.
I hope these kind of events will be more as well as in Fergana, not only in Tashkent. It was really enjoyable.
In my opinion, they are specialists for us. The conference is amazing and I found my profession.
A partner joins the whole season, not a single evening. Below is what the road gives back.
Regional audiences that almost no IT brand speaks to directly, met in their own city rather than through a screen.
A slot in the program, a stand at the venue and direct contact with people who came to learn on purpose.
Every stop is covered on LinkedIn, Instagram, Telegram and YouTube, and picked up by regional media.
Packages range from a logo on the materials to co-organizer status. Write to us and we will send the current deck with the terms.
